Manifesto · Version 1.0

Wonder
with standards.

Thoughts become things. Sometimes as plans, habits, artifacts, institutions, and altered relationships. Sometimes only as a different experience of the same world.

We refuse the false choice between rigor and wonder.

Cognitive science can explain mechanisms without exhausting meaning. Philosophy can clarify the assumptions buried inside scientific models. Physics can unsettle common sense without becoming a permission slip for every metaphysical claim.

This publication lives in that tension. We clearly mark the difference between an empirical result, a disputed interpretation, a useful model, and a personal practice. The boundary does not diminish mystery. It keeps the mystery honest.

Agency is real. So are constraints.

Attention changes what becomes actionable. Belief changes which risks feel possible. Practice changes the body that meets the world. But nobody thinks their way out of every material, historical, or structural condition. A philosophy of agency that blames people for suffering is not liberation.

Our aim is smaller and more demanding: locate the leverage that is actually yours, then use it with care.
